One Degree Marriage provides marriage encouragement, resources, a podcast, and a blog. Our content is created by Xan and Nathaniel Sibley and reflects our own perspective and faith.

Our content is offered for general encouragement and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, legal, financial, or other advice. If you are facing a serious challenge in your marriage or life, please seek help from a qualified professional. Nothing on the Site creates a counselor-client or other professional relationship.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and to not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content except as permitted below;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Unless otherwise noted, the content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, podcast episodes, and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to One Degree Marriage and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

We offer free downloads and templates in exchange for joining our email list. These resources are provided for your personal use. Please don't resell or redistribute them as your own.

Products are sold through our separate online store at shop.onedegreemarriage.com. Any purchase you make there is subject to the policies presented at checkout, including pricing, shipping, and refund terms. Those store policies, not these Terms, govern your purchases.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, podcast platforms, our online store, or social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
